Job Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned territories, managing distributors and order bookers, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets while executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly sales targets (unit-wise and value-wise) for assigned territories
- Break down targets into daily goals for order bookers to ensure maximum market coverage
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking KPIs and target achievement
- Manage and supervise order bookers, ensuring productivity and product knowledge
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor coverage, performance, and customer behavior
- Ensure execution of trade marketing activities across all outlets
- Plan effective sales strategies and PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive mutual growth
- Manage budgets and sales forecasts to optimize revenue and control costs

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
