🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent (4-year B.Ed. preferred)

• Classroom management & lesson planning
• Differentiated, child-centered learning approaches
• Assessments & SEL (Social Emotional Learning) support
• Digital literacy (basic ICT tools) & multilingual teaching (Balochi/Urdu)
• Inclusive teaching practices, especially for girls

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student academic progress
• Maintain attendance and academic records
• Communicate student performance regularly with parents
• Promote inclusive and student-centered learning

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
