Vital Petroleum is hiring a dynamic and experienced COCO Manager to oversee company-operated fuel stations. The role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and efficient site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations in line with company standards
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe fuel handling practices
• Manage site staff, performance, and workforce planning
• Monitor project progress, expenses, and reporting
• Handle procurement, inventory, and documentation
• Liaise with authorities and supervise shop/site facilities

Experience Required

• 7–10 years of relevant experience (OMC or large-scale site operations preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Site management
  • HSE compliance
  • Contractor coordination
  • Inventory control & reporting

Education

• Preferably MBA or equivalent qualification
