Position Overview
The Resource Mobilization Officer will support donor identification, fundraising initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and donor reporting activities. The role is focused on strengthening the organization’s resource base and supporting educational development initiatives in Bhimber, AJK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential donors, corporate partners, community supporters, and local stakeholders
- Plan and support fundraising campaigns, outreach activities, and donor engagement events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community representatives, and partner organizations
- Maintain accurate donor records, pledges, commitments, follow-ups, and contribution reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for donor communication and reporting requirements
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven networking and relationship management abilities
- Event planning and coordination expertise
- Research and data handling capabilities
- Basic analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
