Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Field Sales Plans aligned with channel and category priorities

Manage distributors and customers to ensure operational excellence in sales, inventory, order management, and payments

Drive execution of Channel Category Plans at Point of Purchase (POP) for maximum visibility and availability

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product launches while providing timely insights and demand forecasts

Ensure compliance with company policies, trade terms, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Coach, motivate, and develop sales teams and distributor staff to improve performance

Support continuous improvement initiatives through operational excellence methodologies
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
