Unilever is inviting applications for its Future Leaders Program (UFLP) – Marketing, a prestigious leadership development initiative designed for ambitious graduates who aspire to build a successful career in the FMCG industry.

The UFLP is an 18-month rotational management trainee program that provides hands-on exposure to real business projects, leadership development, and cross-functional learning opportunities. Participants will work with globally recognized brands while gaining valuable experience in marketing, business strategy, sustainability, and people management.

About the Program

The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a global initiative aimed at developing future business leaders through structured learning, challenging assignments, and practical exposure to live business operations.

From the first day, trainees are entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and real-world projects that help them:

• Develop leadership and communication skills
• Gain exposure to marketing and brand management
• Understand product development and sales operations
• Work on sustainability-focused initiatives
• Build strong business and analytical capabilities
• Collaborate with experienced industry professionals

Participants will also have the opportunity to work with some of Unilever’s leading brands including Lux, Dove, Surf Excel, Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Knorr, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be graduating students from the classes of 2025 or 2026
• Have a maximum of one year of professional work experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential and communication skills
• Possess curiosity, creativity, and a passion for business growth
• Be eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
