🛍️ Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations within the Shoes Department while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear according to size, style, and preference

Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves

Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the department

Handle stock receiving, labeling, and inventory monitoring

Operate POS systems for billing, returns, and exchanges

Achieve assigned sales targets and support store performance goals

Stay updated on footwear trends, promotions, and product knowledge

Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments
