💼 Experience

• Knowledge of visual merchandising and shoe fitting assistance is a plus

🛍️ Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations within the Shoes Department while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear according to size, style, and preference
• Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the department
• Handle stock receiving, labeling, and inventory monitoring
• Operate POS systems for billing, returns, and exchanges
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support store performance goals
• Stay updated on footwear trends, promotions, and product knowledge
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments
• Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times
