Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is looking for a Manager – Application Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, monitoring, and support of in-house and third-party applications in a highly secure and production-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level application support for in-house and third-party systems

Manage production environments for all applications

Oversee DR (Disaster Recovery) environment operations and synchronization with live systems

Ensure smooth application synchronization between DR and production environments
-
Handle complaint and incident records management
-
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, IT policies, and security standards
-
Deploy and support new applications/portals (in-house & third-party)
-
Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities based on IS audit reports
-
Address SBP and external audit observations
-
Monitor application servers and performance optimization
-
Coordinate with vendors for third-party system support
-
Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
-
Ensure adherence to change management processes

Support all bank information security compliance requirements

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution

OR 2-year bachelor’s + Master’s in relevant discipline
-
3+ years of IT experience, preferably in Application Support / Application Management
-
Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and production environments
-
Knowledge of project management principles
-
Experience in software development is an added advantage
-
Self-motivated, analytical, and performance-driven professional
