• Continuously monitor live CCTV camera feeds across the hospital premises to ensure safety and security.
• Identify, record, and immediately report any suspicious activity, unusual behavior, or security incidents.
• Respond quickly to security alarms and coordinate effectively with on-ground security staff when required.
• Maintain accurate surveillance logs, shift reports, and daily monitoring records.
• Review recorded CCTV footage for incident investigation and evidence collection when needed.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and responsible use of surveillance systems at all times.
• Monitor the functionality of CCTV systems and promptly report any technical faults or maintenance issues.
