Job Responsibilities

Monitor store premises to prevent theft, fraud, and suspicious activities

Conduct regular floor patrols and monitor CCTV surveillance where applicable

Ensure implementation of loss prevention policies and security procedures

Check bags, goods movement, and staff/customer activities when required

Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches

Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately

Coordinate with store management and the security team

Assist customers while maintaining store security standards
