Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding corporate client relationships while ensuring portfolio quality and business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new corporate relationships
• Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs
• Provide financial advisory and promote relevant banking products
• Prepare and process credit proposals/renewals in line with SBP Prudential Regulations
• Conduct credit risk assessment and financial analysis
• Identify and manage deteriorating credit situations proactively
• Ensure compliance with credit approval terms and policies
• Monitor portfolio quality and prevent Non-Performing Loans (NPLs)
• Execute cash management deals and cross-sell banking products
• Maintain updated client documentation (insurance, audits, valuations, etc.)
• Conduct regular business visits and prepare visit reports
• Ensure timely recovery of installments, markup, and charges
• Support audit compliance and resolve audit observations
• Coordinate pre- and post-disbursement documentation and security requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized local or foreign university)
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience (preference for Corporate/Investment Banking exposure)
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as on application date)
