🎓 Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate (12th Grade) or equivalent qualification

The 3P Sales Associate (Boys & Girls Department) will be responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations and delivering excellent customer service to parents and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting clothing based on size, style, and occasion
• Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing product displays
• Manage stock: receiving, arranging, replenishing, tagging, and pricing
• Handle POS billing, sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
• Stay updated with fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the department
• Coordinate effectively with team members and follow store policies
