🎓 Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate (12th Grade) or equivalent qualification

- Basic understanding of retail operations & customer service

💼 Experience Required

- Experience in:
- Customer assistance & sales handling

The 3P Sales Associate (Boys & Girls Department) will be responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations and delivering excellent customer service to parents and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting clothing based on size, style, and occasion
- Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Manage stock: receiving, arranging, replenishing, tagging, and pricing
- Handle POS billing, sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the department
- Coordinate effectively with team members and follow store policies
