📌 Job Overview
Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager – Deposit to manage and grow liability/deposit portfolios. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving deposit mobilization, and ensuring sustainable portfolio growth through strategic sales execution and customer engagement.
The Relationship Manager plays a key role in acquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, and ensuring achievement of CASA and Term Deposit targets while delivering excellent customer service.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed deposit portfolio growth and cross-sell targets

Achieve assigned product-wise targets (CALSA / SA / TD) on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Build and manage a deposit mobilization team including freelancers and brand ambassadors (up to 25 members)

Maintain optimal portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits

Ensure cost-effective deposit acquisition through multiple account strategies

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value and potential clients

Drive deposit mobilization across a wide number of accounts to reduce concentration risk

Ensure daily new-to-bank (NTB) account openings for consistent growth

Coordinate with branch staff to deliver high-quality customer service

Identify client financial needs and offer tailored solutions (Payments, Cash Management, Trade, Treasury, etc.)

Maintain long-term client relationships for portfolio deepening and expansion

Monitor competitor activities and respond proactively to retain customers

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or Finance

MBA will be preferred (subject to approval)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail/consumer banking sales, planning, or operations

Strong understanding of deposit products and CASA dynamics

Knowledge of retail banking fundamentals and deposit growth strategies
