We are looking for a vigilant and disciplined 3P Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, customers, and assets. The role requires strong observation skills, quick response to emergencies, and strict adherence to security protocols.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Minimum Matriculation (10th Grade) or equivalent
• Intermediate or higher education will be preferred
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response
• Preference for candidates with formal security training or certification
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling stressful situations
• Basic communication skills and ability to write incident reports
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, metal detectors, and access control systems is a plus

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in a security-related role
• Preferred experience in retail, commercial, or industrial environments
• Hands-on experience in:
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Access control handling
  • Routine security inspections
• Experience in crowd control, emergency handling, or loss prevention is highly desirable
• Retired military or law enforcement personnel will be given preference
• Fresh candidates with proper training and discipline may be considered for junior roles

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems
• Conduct regular patrols and ensure security compliance
• Control and manage access to restricted areas
• Verify visitors and prevent unauthorized entry
• Respond effectively to emergencies such as:
  • Fire incidents
  • Theft or suspicious activities
  • Disturbances or safety threats
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
• Report any unusual activity to management promptly
• Assist in crowd management during peak hours
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
• Ensure strict adherence to company security policies and procedures
