Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer and business strategies for Cash Management & Employee Banking.
  • Drive business development initiatives and align product offerings across segments.
  • Acquire new clients across Retail (Conventional & Islamic), SME, and Commercial sectors.
  • Build and manage Employee Banking relationships across Corporate, Commercial, SME, Retail, and PSDD segments.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions.
  • Strengthen client acquisition pipelines, improve cross-selling, and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Implement sales strategies for new acquisition and organic growth.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to safeguard the Bank’s commercial interests.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Structure customized solutions using BOP @ Work products.
  • Coordinate internally for pricing approvals and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of mandates.
  • Ensure compliance with SLA commitments.
  • Promote cross-selling of consumer finance products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, House Financing).
  • Ensure all activities comply with SBP Prudential Regulations and Bank SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

  • 4 to 7 years of banking experience
  • At least 3 years in a relevant role

Age Limit:

  • Up to 55 years (as of application date)
