Job Summary / Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer and business strategies for Cash Management & Employee Banking.
- Drive business development initiatives and align product offerings across segments.
- Acquire new clients across Retail (Conventional & Islamic), SME, and Commercial sectors.
- Build and manage Employee Banking relationships across Corporate, Commercial, SME, Retail, and PSDD segments.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions.
- Strengthen client acquisition pipelines, improve cross-selling, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Implement sales strategies for new acquisition and organic growth.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to safeguard the Bank’s commercial interests.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Structure customized solutions using BOP @ Work products.
- Coordinate internally for pricing approvals and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of mandates.
- Ensure compliance with SLA commitments.
- Promote cross-selling of consumer finance products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, House Financing).
- Ensure all activities comply with SBP Prudential Regulations and Bank SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of banking experience
- At least 3 years in a relevant role
Age Limit:
- Up to 55 years (as of application date)
