Qualifications

• Certification or qualification in Islamic Finance will be a strong plus

• Effective negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

💼 Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Roshan Digital Account (RDA) customer portfolios
• Provide prompt and efficient customer support & query resolution
• Guide clients on RDA investment opportunities (INPC, PSX, etc.)
• Conduct KYC reviews, update records, and identify cross-selling opportunities
