📌 Position Overview
BOP is hiring experienced and performance-driven professionals for the position of Manager SBP Coordination in its Regulatory Compliance & Governance Division (Compliance & Control Group). This role offers a strong career path in a dynamic and growth-oriented banking environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) supervisory teams for on-site and off-site reviews
- Ensure smooth execution of SBP assessment activities by liaising with internal departments
- Manage and communicate data requirements across divisions within SBP timelines
- Provide validated and reviewed data to SBP during inspections
- Handle ongoing coordination with SBP departments for regulatory matters and approvals
- Represent the bank in meetings and regulatory discussions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of banking experience
- Preference for candidates with relevant compliance or regulatory experience
Age Limit:
- Up to 55 years (as of application deadline)
