📌 Position Overview

BOP is hiring experienced and performance-driven professionals for the position of Manager SBP Coordination in its Regulatory Compliance & Governance Division (Compliance & Control Group). This role offers a strong career path in a dynamic and growth-oriented banking environment.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) supervisory teams for on-site and off-site reviews
• Ensure smooth execution of SBP assessment activities by liaising with internal departments
• Manage and communicate data requirements across divisions within SBP timelines
• Provide validated and reviewed data to SBP during inspections
• Handle ongoing coordination with SBP departments for regulatory matters and approvals
• Represent the bank in meetings and regulatory discussions

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of banking experience
• Preference for candidates with relevant compliance or regulatory experience

Age Limit:

• Up to 55 years (as of application deadline)
