πŸ’Ό Sales Management

  • Sell Fixed Broadband products including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions based on client needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive, tailored corporate solutions
  • Acquire new revenue-generating clients
  • Expand revenue from existing clients through strong relationship management
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction to improve retention and loyalty

πŸš€ New Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management
  • Explore growth opportunities within existing client portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients
  • Identify and resolve service-related issues to generate referrals and new activations

πŸ’° Revenue Management

  • Ensure revenue targets are achieved as per management expectations
  • Enhance revenue from both existing and potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed

  • Monitor corporate activations and disconnections along with root cause analysis
  • Develop strategies to minimize churn and improve retention
  • Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, or technical concerns in a timely manner

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science)

πŸ’Ό Experience

  • 3–4 years of relevant professional experience preferred
