π Key Responsibilities
πΌ Sales Management

Sell Fixed Broadband products including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions based on client needs

Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive, tailored corporate solutions

Acquire new revenue-generating clients

Expand revenue from existing clients through strong relationship management

Ensure high customer satisfaction to improve retention and loyalty
π New Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management

Explore growth opportunities within existing client portfolio

Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients

Identify and resolve service-related issues to generate referrals and new activations
π° Revenue Management

Ensure revenue targets are achieved as per management expectations

Enhance revenue from both existing and potential clients

Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed
π Customer Retention & Churn Management

Monitor corporate activations and disconnections along with root cause analysis

Develop strategies to minimize churn and improve retention

Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, or technical concerns in a timely manner
π Eligibility Criteria
π Education

Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent (Preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science)
