Position Type: Contractual (One Year)

  Location: Karachi (with extensive travel across multiple districts of Sindh)

Core Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager for the Pathways Project, you will play a pivotal role in leading the project’s implementation. Your key focus areas will be:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the timely delivery of all project activities, ensuring that all targets are achieved within approved budgets and in compliance with donor requirements.

• Operational Execution: Translate overarching project plans into detailed, actionable workplans. Direct and manage field operations, ensuring consistent quality across all project sites.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure the rigorous collection of high-quality, accurate data. Monitor performance against defined indicators to drive informed decisions and improve project outcomes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective coordination and communication with both internal teams and external partners. Ensure full compliance with all reporting and documentation standards.

• Travel & Support: This role covers project operations spanning across all districts of Sindh. Extensive travel is required to provide on-site implementation support and field oversight.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a closely related field, from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Years of Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years of progressive project management experience is required.

• Domain Expertise: Prior experience must be within the fields of family planning, public health, or development research.

• Sindh Experience (Crucial): At least 2–3 years of experience in managing or implementing projects across multiple districts of Sindh is mandatory.
