🔑 Key Responsibilities
Customer Development
- Execute sales plans using company tools and strategies
- Lead negotiations with operators within company policies
- Monitor customer performance and ensure compliance
- Secure annual agreements with key customers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct kitchen demonstrations to drive incremental business
Key Accounts Expansion
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Set and track performance targets aligned with growth objectives
- Ensure flawless execution across assigned accounts
- Identify growth opportunities in core and new product lines
- Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline
🎓 Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business-related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Accounts / Food Services
- Experience in commercial negotiations is essential

- Fluent in English & Urdu
