π― Job Purpose
Lead and manage assigned sales territories by overseeing distributors and order bookers, ensuring achievement of sales targets while executing effective sales strategies.
π Key Responsibilities
- π Develop monthly unit/value sales targets for assigned territories
- ποΈ Create daily sales plans and assign targets to order bookers
- π Analyze performance through sales reports & KPIs tracking
- π₯ Manage and coach order bookers for optimal productivity
- π Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and monitor trends
- π’ Execute trade marketing activities across all outlets
- π§ Design effective PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)
- π€ Build strong relationships with distributors
- π° Handle budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
