📌 Job Purpose

To drive category growth in Oil & Ghee through strong supplier management, commercial performance, and end-to-end category execution, ensuring availability, competitiveness, and profitability.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial KPIs including sales, margins, and stock accuracy
• Lead sourcing excellence and supplier development initiatives
• Ensure 100% shelf availability with proactive supply chain planning
• Conduct regular market & competitor analysis for timely responses
• Collaborate with Sales for B2B customer development
• Manage in-store merchandising with store operations teams
• Oversee end-to-end promotions management (pricing, stock, execution, analysis)
• Ensure compliance with tendering and negotiation SOPs
• Maintain complete audit documentation and records
• Develop and initiate new growth projects in Oil & Ghee category

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Degree from a recognized university

💼 Experience

• 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience
