POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Media & Partnerships Manager leads the end-to-end media ecosystem, driving data-led, high-performance brand growth across all channels. This role is responsible for shaping integrated media strategy, strengthening agency partnerships, and optimizing performance across traditional and digital touchpoints.


A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Lead integrated media planning and execution across multiple brand portfolios
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights and agency partners to interpret media research and activate real-time learnings through marketing mix modelling
  • Define, monitor, and optimize media KPIs across all touchpoints to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert guidance on digital media pillars including Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic, e-Commerce, and Analytics
  • Champion the POEM (Paid, Owned, Earned Media) framework, ensuring best-in-class strategy, tools, and content distribution
  • Lead media audit processes in collaboration with Audit and Procurement teams to ensure compliance and performance excellence
  • Build digital and social media capabilities across marketing teams through training, workshops, and test-and-learn initiatives
  • Conduct bi-annual and annual performance reviews for media agencies, partners, and platforms against strategic digital plans

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • 10–15 years of strong media expertise in FMCG or equivalent, including digital and traditional media agency leadership
  • Hands-on experience in media planning and buying across evolving digital ecosystems, including retail media platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret real-time data and translate insights into action
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact digital marketing and media transformation projects
  • Strategic thinker with a holistic view of brand building through integrated media levers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners effectively
