This role sits at the heartbeat of branch operations. As a Counter Service Manager, you will lead front-desk banking activities, ensuring transactions are accurate, customers are satisfied, and the counter team runs like a well-tuned engine.


📚 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Finance preferred)

🧠 Experience

  • 2–4 years in banking operations, branch services, or teller/counter roles
  • Experience supervising staff or managing small teams
  • Good understanding of banking products, compliance, and branch procedures
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in training or mentoring staff will be an advantage
