📚 Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Business / Finance preferred)
🧠 Experience
- 2–4 years in banking operations, branch services, or teller/counter roles
- Experience supervising staff or managing small teams
- Good understanding of banking products, compliance, and branch procedures
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training or mentoring staff will be an advantage
