Job Purpose
To lead and manage assigned sales territories by overseeing distributors and order bookers, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and effective implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly (unit-wise & value-wise) sales targets for assigned territories
- Assign daily targets to order bookers for effective market coverage
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and sales targets
- Prepare and analyze sales reports by territory and product category
- Conduct regular market visits to assess coverage, productivity, and market trends
- Ensure execution of trade marketing activities at all outlets
- Design and implement effective sales plans and PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize revenue while controlling costs
- Train and guide order bookers to improve product knowledge and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience (preferred)
