π JOB PURPOSE
The Grid Manager will be responsible for driving key business KPIs including Sales, Revenue Growth, Mobile Broadband expansion, Trade Visibility, Channel Development, and Cell Site Utilization within the assigned grid.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
πΌ Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive growth in 3G/4G sales, including handset sales

Expand smartphone retail network and improve existing retailer performance
-
Ensure quality gross additions (3G/4G SIM sales)
-
Expand channel footprint (SIMs, Mobile Load, VAS, MNP, MBB, Postpaid, ECATs)
-
Ensure timely stock availability through franchise coordination
π€ Customer Service Excellence

Manage end-to-end complaint handling
-
Monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and service quality
-
Improve customer experience at franchise level
π£ Trade Visibility & Marketing

Execute BTL activities, trade promotions, and brand visibility campaigns

Manage POS material placement and market branding
-
Support special events and channel awareness programs
π Planning & Forecasting

Identify untapped markets and improve retail penetration
-
Guide BDOs for optimized sales route planning

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales forecasts

Plan localized sales promotions with Regional Sales Head
π₯ Team & Channel Management

Train staff and retailers on product knowledge and SOPs

Conduct market visits to ensure stock and compliance

Maintain discipline, targets, and trade standards across channels

Collaborate with Marketing & Channel teams for business development

Work with Technical teams to optimize:

π ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
π Education

Minimum Bachelorβs Degree from a recognized university
