š Key Responsibilities
Retail Development: Lead regional retail development in coordination with TSMs to drive network expansion.
Site Commissioning: Oversee end-to-end retail site commissioning across the assigned region.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to expedite NOCs, approvals, and project timelines.
Area Analysis: Conduct area analysis to identify high-potential fueling pockets and growth opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor existing network performance and implement strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
š Qualifications & Experience
Education: Preferably an MBA.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience from a reputable OMC.
Expertise: Strong skills in network planning, site development, stakeholder coordination, and regional performance management.
