Vital Pakistan Trust (VITAL) is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join their progressive team in Karachi. This role is designed for a strategic leader capable of driving fundraising efforts and managing high-value donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, annual target-based fundraising efforts.

• Cultivate, steward, and expand relationships with high-value donors.

• Utilize deep expertise in Zakat-based giving to secure major contributions.

• Ensure all fundraising practices are ethical and transparent.

• Manage donor communications and coordinate engagement visits.

• Represent the organization at key philanthropic events.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: At least 7–10 years in fundraising, sales, business development, or relationship management.

• Preferred Experience: Work within reputable non-profit organizations and a proven track record of securing large-scale philanthropic contributions (especially Zakat or faith-based).
