Job Overview
READ Foundation is seeking a passionate and motivated Resource Mobilization Officer (CSR) to support donor identification, fundraising campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and donor reporting activities. The role focuses on strengthening the organization’s resource base and supporting its educational mission across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential donors, corporate partners, community supporters, and local stakeholders
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, outreach activities, and donor engagement events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, school leadership, and community representatives
- Maintain accurate donor records, pledges, commitments, and contribution reports
- Support and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth campaign execution
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Qualification
