About the Role

JS Bank is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Trade Officer Export to join its Centralized Operations team in Karachi. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in export trade operations, SWIFT processing, and banking documentation who are ready to grow in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

✨ Lodgment and processing of collection bills, export advance payments, and export accounts
✨ Processing and advising of Export Letters of Credit (LCs)
✨ Execution of export payment bills in the T-24 system
✨ Realization and settlement of export purchased bills
✨ Processing of agent commissions along with SWIFT transactions
✨ Issuance of Financial Instruments (F.I) through T-24 and Pakistan Single Window (PSW)
✨ Lodgment and settlement of BCA transactions in T-24 and PSW
✨ Scrutiny, verification, and handling of export documents
✨ Execution and processing of SWIFT messages
✨ Preparation and submission of EDS, WHT Statements, EPRC, and Annexure-A documentation

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Minimum 14 years of education with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
💼 Minimum 2 years of relevant banking or trade operations experience
📊 Strong understanding of export trade procedures, SWIFT operations, and banking systems
🧩 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
