🎯 Job Overview

The Territory Sales Manager – Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer networks, and managing key trade relationships within the assigned territory. The role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and achieving assigned KPIs in a competitive wholesale environment.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned KPIs by identifying, registering, and developing new customers as per sales schedule
  • Generate consistent sales volume and margin from new and existing customers
  • Identify business potential and actively explore new market opportunities through field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement
  • Manage a defined customer portfolio including sales execution, credit management, and complaint handling
  • Monitor customer needs, feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to develop customized solutions and initiatives
  • Provide consultation to customers on business challenges, product options, and cost benefits
  • Utilize direct (visits, calls) and indirect (networking) sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking sheets, and customer progress reports
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism, integrity, and compliance

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant sales or trade experience
