• Qualification: CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance majors preferred)
• Experience: 3–4 years (FMCG industry experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting & internal control)

📊 Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the Business Unit Controller in driving end-to-end business planning processes across key frameworks (MBS, DF, RCR, QIR, I2L).

The role focuses on ensuring accurate execution, high-quality deliverables, and delivering fact-based insights that enable strong, data-driven decision-making across the business.

📌 A Day in the Life

• Support the Business Unit Controller in ensuring consistent execution of the business planning process, delivering full visibility on forecasts, gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Participate in monthly business planning meetings to analyze business performance, key P&L drivers (volume, pricing, bad goods, etc.), and strategic changes impacting results
• Execute base DF financials in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, HR) using planning tools such as guidelines, calendars, RACI, and task allocation frameworks
• Conduct scenario planning, deep-dive analysis, and brainstorming sessions with business teams, ensuring timely visibility of outcomes for decision-making
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and value-destroying areas to improve ROI from TTS/PFME investments
• Drive Quarterly Investment Review (QIR) processes, coordinating with Brand & Marketing teams and ensuring pre/post analysis as per SOP
• Monitor PFME-related KPIs and ensure compliance with reporting standards
• Prepare Replacement Cost Runs, review findings with BUC and BEO, and present insights to HoFC and MD while tracking action plan closures
• Ensure timely completion of key deliverables including ML comments, SPCs, PFME reporting, PEC, landing activities, brand portfolio tools, and impairment cases
