Job Description
Job Purpose
To establish, maintain, and expand the company’s presence in the corporate sector by generating new business opportunities while retaining existing corporate clients through exceptional service delivery and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Sell Fixed Broadband and ICT solutions including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive, tailored corporate solutions.

Acquire new revenue-generating clients and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Drive additional revenue from existing clients through upselling and relationship management.

Ensure high customer satisfaction to retain clients and minimize churn.
New Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management.

Explore new revenue streams within existing client portfolios.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships in the corporate sector.

Identify service gaps, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth customer experience leading to referrals and new activations.
Revenue Management

Ensure revenue targets are achieved as assigned by management.

Focus on increasing revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
Customer Retention / Churn Management

Monitor corporate activations and disconnections along with root cause analysis.

Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.

Resolve service, billing, and operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Eligibility Criteria
Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science)
Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, telecom, or corporate business development
