As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing franchise operations, strengthening retail networks, driving JazzCash growth, and achieving regional sales targets through effective market execution and stakeholder engagement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market activities through regular retail visits and audits
• Manage and support assigned franchise operations effectively
• Strengthen retail and distribution networks across the territory
• Drive sales growth for JazzCash, prepaid, postpaid, and digital products
• Ensure KPI achievement including recharge, MNP, cash-in, wallet activations, and retail performance
• Improve channel footprint expansion and territory integrity
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and franchise partners
• Plan and execute BTL activities to maximize market engagement
• Monitor stock availability, float management, and service levels
• Motivate channel partners and guide them on profitability and growth strategies
• Introduce innovative ideas and process improvements for business development

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management and channel development
• Ability to manage projects from planning to execution independently
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Capability to work in field environments as well as under supervision
• Understanding of telecom sales operations and distribution channels
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in achieving KPIs related to JazzCash, prepaid/postpaid sales, remittances, and MNP
