Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is hiring a Relationship Officer Asset (OG-III) for its Mirpurkhas Branch under the Business Banking Department. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and financial inclusion.
As a Relationship Officer Asset, you will play a key role in promoting banking products, managing customer relationships, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in compliance with bank policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets
Build strong relationships with customers and promote banking products
Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical banking practices
Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
Conduct field visits and customer verifications for loan processing
Ensure timely recovery and collection of loan repayments
Guide customers regarding loan repayments and banking procedures
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Maintain proper documentation and safeguard customer records
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal banking policies
Develop long-term customer relationships to enhance customer retention
Report any suspected fraud or operational risks to management
Participate in regular customer meetings and field activity planning
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
MBA will be preferred
Experience
Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Customer relationship management
Market assessment and business development
Knowledge of banking SOPs and ethical practices
