A Field Officer – Credit Cards is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s credit card products through direct field activities. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring a smooth application process while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned areas, offices, shopping centers, and markets to promote credit card products.
  • Educate potential customers about credit card features, benefits, charges, and eligibility requirements.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms accurately and collecting required documents.
  • Verify customer information according to bank policies and KYC compliance standards.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets set by the bank.
  • Follow up with applicants regarding application progress and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with SBP regulations and internal banking policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and interact with diverse customers.
  • Sales experience in banking or financial services will be an added advantage.
