A Field Officer – Credit Cards is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s credit card products through direct field activities. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring a smooth application process while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and ethical sales practices.
Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned areas, offices, shopping centers, and markets to promote credit card products.

Educate potential customers about credit card features, benefits, charges, and eligibility requirements.

Assist customers in completing application forms accurately and collecting required documents.

Verify customer information according to bank policies and KYC compliance standards.

Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets set by the bank.

Follow up with applicants regarding application progress and respond to customer queries professionally.

Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the supervisor.

Ensure all sales activities comply with SBP regulations and internal banking policies.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in the field and interact with diverse customers.

Sales experience in banking or financial services will be an added advantage.
