Unilever is hiring for B&W Finance Assistant Manager (PTAB) within its Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) business, supporting four key markets: Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia, and Bangladesh (PTAB).
About the Role
This role is part of a high-performing Finance team focused on turning data into actionable business decisions. You will play a key role in planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support that drives growth, profitability, and efficient resource allocation.
You will collaborate closely with country finance teams and cross-functional partners in marketing, supply chain, procurement, and customer development.
Job Purpose
As a Finance Performance Analyst, you will help shape financial clarity and business direction by:
Driving performance visibility across markets
Supporting business planning and forecasting cycles
Improving financial reporting and analytics quality
Enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management: Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles while ensuring accuracy and alignment with business targets
Financial Analysis: Monitor performance trends, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve growth, margin, and cash flow
Insight Generation: Develop clear, impactful financial presentations and dashboards for monthly and quarterly business reviews
Reporting Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate KPI reporting in collaboration with reporting teams
Strategic Planning: Support long-term financial planning with country and regional leadership teams
Business Partnership: Work with commercial teams to improve pricing strategies, trade investments, and return on spend
Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and enhance reporting efficiency through tools and dashboards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or performance management
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to influence decisions through clear communication and insights
