Key Responsibilities

• Field Oversight: Oversee field coordination and day-to-day immunization activities at the UC, Town, and District levels.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor vaccinators' performance to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Engagement: Strengthen community and partner engagement to support health initiatives.

• Staff Management: Conduct staff evaluations and facilitate both routine and special health campaigns.

• Reporting: Ensure timely documentation and reporting of field activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institution.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in immunization programs, public health, or field operations.

• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and the implementation of large-scale health initiatives.
