Position Overview

The Relationship Manager – Transaction Banking will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting credit evaluations, analyzing business repayment capacities, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The role demands strong analytical, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed client need analysis and assess financing requirements according to industry trade practices.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of:
    • New credit requests
    • Renewals
    • Credit change requests
    • Annual relationship reviews
  • Evaluate repayment capacity through cash flow and asset conversion cycle analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive security and collateral evaluations.
  • Prepare and finalize credit proposals while ensuring quick turnaround times (TAT).
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Internal Credit Policy Manual (CPM)
    • State Bank of Pakistan Prudential Regulations (SBP PRs)
  • Analyze credit risks and recommend:
    • Risk mitigation measures
    • Security structures
    • Covenants
    • Limit structures
    • Tenor and term sheets
  • Coordinate closely with Credit Review Teams and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain healthy portfolio standards through timely risk management measures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree will be preferred.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of banking or non-banking experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in credit analysis, relationship management, or transaction banking.

Age Limit

  • Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
