- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and pricing details
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to avoid stock shortages
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues
- Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison reports
