About the Role

Beaconhouse Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer Budgeting & Planning within its Finance Department. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career finance professionals who want to build expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting within a leading organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• ACCA/CA finalists are encouraged to apply
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or financial analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets using Oracle Hyperion
• Monitor departmental and regional budgets to track performance against planned targets
• Perform quarterly Actual vs. Budget variance analysis and identify key financial insights
• Support cash flow planning and monitor financial performance regularly
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives
• Prepare financial reports, analytical presentations, and management summaries

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial feasibility analysis
• Knowledge of variance analysis and management reporting practices
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
