• Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment and loss prevention
• Ensure store appearance aligns with brand guidelines and operational standards
• Implement company policies, procedures, and retail best practices effectively
• Maintain a safe, secure, and productive working environment
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and development opportunities
• Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture
