📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or technical operations
• Experience in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred
• Understanding of production operations, maintenance, and safety standards
• Knowledge of GMP, preventive maintenance, and production quality controls
• Supervisory or team handling experience will be an advantage

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth factory operations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, hygiene, and GMP standards
• Monitor production quality and implement immediate corrective actions when required
• Support employee development through technical and operational training
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency across production areas
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and administration departments for effective execution of production plans
• Assist in maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support successful and timely launch of new products

✅ Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to Filling Machines and production line operations
• Experience with preventive maintenance and TPM practices
• Ability to manage technical teams, contractors, and third-party vendors
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of industrial relations and workforce management
