We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Warehouse to lead and optimize warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards aligned with industry best practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials while ensuring quality standards
• Align warehouse operations with pesticide industry requirements, focusing on HSE compliance and workforce development
• Ensure strict execution of toller-based packing plans and operational requirements
• Manage finished goods dispatch according to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles
• Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements, including suppliers and external warehouses
• Develop and manage warehouse budgets, including capacity planning and expansion strategies
• Lead compliance for Internal, External, ISO, HSE, Toller, and Pest Control audits
• Train and develop warehouse supervisors and loaders to reduce damage, wastage, and inefficiencies
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and cycle counting with proper reconciliation of inventory
• Ensure incoming materials comply with SOPs and documentation requirements
• Perform regular warehouse inspections to identify HSE and housekeeping gaps and implement corrective actions
• Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE across warehouse operations
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and high customer service levels
• Train new employees on company policies, operational procedures, and HSE standards
• Address workforce concerns to improve engagement, morale, and productivity

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

💼 Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or procurement operations
