Job Description
Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers; obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; manage vendors' data and resolve quality, pricing, or delivery issues.
Source cost-effective materials while maintaining quality and timely availability; handle defective or damaged goods with suppliers.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure real-time entries in any accounting software in compliance with company policies.
Reconcile daily cash purchases, submit invoices to accounts, and follow up on vendor invoices and advance closures in any accounting software.
Frequent visits to local market.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain or Sales / Marketing.
Experience: 3–5 Years of Experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
Skills:
Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation
Proficiency in MS Office & any accounting software
Strong Coordination and Documentation Skills
