Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Officer Deposit to join its Business Banking team at the Haroonabad Branch. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and deposit mobilization within the banking sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the bank’s deposit portfolio, acquiring new customers, strengthening client relationships, and contributing toward overall business growth through CASA and Term Deposit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute customer acquisition strategies to support liability growth and cross-selling targets.
Build and manage a strong CALSA / CASA / Term Deposit portfolio within assigned timelines.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio targets.
Develop a retail deposit mobilization team by onboarding freelancers and brand ambassadors.
Maintain targeted portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits.
Build strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Coordinate effectively with branch teams and internal departments.
Ensure smooth NTB (New to Bank) account opening and deposit mobilization activities.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to retain and attract customers.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining excellent service standards.
Complete additional assignments assigned by management efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration
Commerce
Accounting
Marketing
Economics
Finance
Or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
Understanding of deposit banking products and their operations.
Knowledge of CASA fundamentals and liability growth strategies.
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in:
Retail/Consumer Banking
Sales
Operations
Customer Relationship Management
