Support development and enhancement of debit card products aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Prepare documentation including workflows, user journeys, and SOPs for debit card operations.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate with IT/technology teams for implementation.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth product releases and enhancements.
Perform market research and analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and emerging trends.
Evaluate competitor offerings to improve product positioning and innovation.
Work closely with marketing, operations, compliance, and IT teams for seamless execution.
Coordinate with external partners including card networks and vendors.
Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs (issuance, usage, transactions, revenue, customer satisfaction).
Track product performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, card scheme rules, and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with debit card products.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of application date).
