🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design and conduct surveys ensuring accuracy, reliability, and data relevance
• Clean, validate, and transform data to maintain high data integrity
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on departmental requirements
• Develop clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and strategic recommendations
• Maintain and update databases, tracking systems, and data repositories
• Stay updated with emerging tools, techniques, and analytics best practices
• Support research and development initiatives within the department

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data handling and querying
• Knowledge of statistical tools or programming languages (Python, R, SPSS, Stata)
• Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
• Familiarity with survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
• Basic knowledge of web-based reporting tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
