β€’ Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and utility bill collections
β€’ Process ATM and funds transfer transactions efficiently
β€’ Maintain accurate cash balancing, reconciliation, and vault management
β€’ Ensure compliance with banking SOPs, SBP regulations, and Shariah compliance requirements
β€’ Deliver excellent customer service with minimum complaint handling time
β€’ Support ATM replenishment and uninterrupted ATM operations
β€’ Maintain proper documentation and records related to daily cash operations
β€’ Identify and report suspicious transactions when required
β€’ Cross-sell banking products and assist customers with banking services
