π Department: Aitemaad Islamic Banking
π Reporting To: Branch Operations Manager
π Employment Type: Contractual (3 Years, renewable based on management discretion)

π Eligibility Criteria
βββββββββββββββ
β Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institute
β Candidates with Masterβs degree, Islamic Banking certification, diploma, or specialization will be preferred
β Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience required

π Required Skills & Knowledge
βββββββββββββββ
β’ Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations related to Cash Management
β’ Understanding of branch banking operations
β’ Strong communication and customer service skills
β’ Excellent cash handling and balancing abilities
β’ Team-oriented mindset
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

π Key Responsibilities

β’ Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and utility bill collections
β’ Process ATM and funds transfer transactions efficiently
β’ Maintain accurate cash balancing, reconciliation, and vault management
β’ Ensure compliance with banking SOPs, SBP regulations, and Shariah compliance requirements
β’ Deliver excellent customer service with minimum complaint handling time
β’ Support ATM replenishment and uninterrupted ATM operations
β’ Maintain proper documentation and records related to daily cash operations
β’ Identify and report suspicious transactions when required
β’ Cross-sell banking products and assist customers with banking services
