Supervise and motivate order bookers to achieve sales objectives effectively.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, productivity, and market trends.

Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities according to company plans.

Design effective PJPs and optimize route-to-market strategies.
